50 Clean Eating Recipies for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Happy Friday lovelies! Yesterday, I was given my test results of an extensive blood test I did a week or so ago. This blood test tests everything…. and I mean everything. My results packet was  20 pages thick! Even though I absolutely hate getting my blood drawn, I found that this test was super helpful in showing me what I am lacking in my body. A lot of the levels that were a little high or low attribute mainly to my diet and what I chose to put in my body.

With that in mind, I’ve been spending a lot of time on Pinterest looking at different recipes I can make that are very vegetable, super food, or fruit heavy. I hope this change will balance my levels and improve my quality of life. Speaking of Pinterest, I made a group board called “Blogger Babes Unite! ♥” for my fellow bloggers to pin their beautiful blog posts to as well so check that out!

My overall plan is to –

  1. Take a few more vitamins of what I am lacking
  2. Become more aware of what I am putting in my mouth. So that means fewer cookies and more strawberries. Even though the thought of eating fewer cookies makes me a little sad, I feel like eating cleaner will make a lasting effect on how I feel every day.

Without further adieu, here’s my list of 30 clean/healthy recipes –

  • I’m so saving this for future reference! I’m building a capsule pantry and so on the lookout for quick, filling, and healthy recipes. Your list fits the bill. Thank you!

    • A capsule pantry? Never heard of it! Tell me more about it! xx

      • Of course! 🙂 It’s much like a capsule wardrobe only that you’re downsizing your grocery list and meals instead of clothes. The idea is to stick with versatile ingredients and recipes that can be rotated within the week, easily tweaked if you get bored by adding an extra ingredient or two, and should be ready in under 15 minutes. The breakfast smoothies on your list will definitely go into my capsule pantry!

        • Oh wow, that’s awesome! Try some of the recipes and definitely let me know if any of them will be a part of your capsule pantry. I would be honored ❤️

  • Omg this is such a great list. When people think healthy, they think boring. But all this food sounds yummy in a healthy way and I can’t wait to try some recipes especially the desserts! Thanks for sharing.I have pinned this for later!

    • That’s what I was trying to go for! When people think of healthy, they also think of unappetizing meals. I made sure to gather meals that look yummy for that reason! Thanks for pinning! xo
